It snowed heavily this early morning, and everywhere was all white. I walked to the department for the signature from the department's officer. On the way back to the lab, I just couldn't help but pick up my G2 and started to take pictures.
It was the first time that I really used my G2 to take pictures outside during the day time. So, I was still not able to cotrol it quite well. Some pictures were too bright. I could see it from the LCD when press half away of the shutter, but I just couldn't adjust it to the right brightness that I wanted.
Anyway, the conclusion is that I do NEED practice!!

I made another practice of night shot again.
Today it snows hardly here. Everywhere is covered white.
I took a couple of picture from the window with the high value of ISO and shutter speech priority.
Here come the product:

It's been quite a while not updating my blog. It's not easy to motivate myself after taking a battle. I've submitted my answer for the qualifying one day right before Thanksgiving. Of course, I did have a nice rest during Thanksgiving break. It's happy to know that I've smoothly passed it. That's surely a great relief to me. :)
After the exam, I decided to pick up my camera again, and start to learn how to take good pictures and how to nicely make a good a use of my G2.
I started from taking my hyperactive fishes and took a couple of shot at night sight of the campus right out from my window.
Moving fish (I should have changed the water before taking the pictures for them.... yes, I'm a lazy bone =.= )

Afterthoughts:
I was happy that I am finally able to take clear pictures of moving fishes. They don't look blurry any more...:)
As to the night shot, this is the first time that I feel I have potential to be an armature photographer... :)
